Practice, research, and legal education
Sarthak has more than five years of commercial legal practice experience. His work covers corporate and commercial disputes, arbitration, investment, taxation, compliance, labour, employment, and commercial agreements.
He founded Spark Law Academy in 2023. Through the academy, he teaches BAR and LLB entrance preparation classes and leads programs on corporate, commercial, and tax law.
